Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in education, offering adaptive, data-driven, and personalized learning experiences that can significantly enhance the teaching of science, engineering, and technology. This paper examines the integration of AI-based learning systems into these disciplines, highlighting their ability to tailor content delivery, provide real-time feedback, and foster self-paced learning. Leveraging technologies such as intelligent tutoring systems, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, AI enables educators to address diverse learner needs while optimizing curriculum effectiveness. The study explores current applications, potential benefits, and challenges-including ethical considerations, infrastructure requirements, and faculty preparedness. Findings suggest that AI-powered tools can bridge skill gaps, promote interdisciplinary problem-solving, and prepare students for the rapidly evolving demands of Industry 4.0. The paper concludes by outlining strategies for effective adoption and future research directions aimed at sustainable and equitable AI-enhanced education. © 2026 IEEE.
